IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A Proctorville, Ohio, woman was arrested and charged with habitual drunken driving, according to a Tuesday news release from the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Tiffany A. Wagoner, 24, was charged with third-degree driving under the influence, which is a felony. It was her fourth such offense in the last six years.

Wagoner was arrested during a traffic stop in Rome Township. Police also discovered that the vehicle Wagoner was driving had been stolen from its registered owner.

A pre-trial hearing for Wagoner is scheduled at 9 a.m. Monday in Lawrence County Municipal Court.

Why do they let these people get their licenses back, I just don't understand. It seems as though the law does nothing wih them untill they kill someone in an accident, well, it is too late then, because someone looses a loved one to a drunk driver, who usually survives the accident!!!!! HELP SAVES LIVES, LOCK THEM UP!!!!!

She was never in jail because she's from Proctorville and her family probably has money...just goes to show, money can't buy happiness or she wouldn't be a drunk at the age of 24. How sad...

As a person who was hit by a drunk driver, I say throw the book at her, keep her behind in jail for life so she does not ever have the chance to get out and drive drunk again and risk everyone's life, by such reckless behavior.

Maybe if the laws were a little stricter we wouldn't have these drunk drivers killing our family's. How many chances do they get? You would think a 24 year old would know better.

I'm too tired and angry to write another comment on drunk drivers. Please read my post to the "Man Arrested for Repeat Drunken Driving" and replace his name with Wagoner's to get my view on this article.

Why is this woman not in jail? If she had a small amount of marijuana she would still be in jail. But, remember, alcohol is legal. What is wrong with this picture? PUT HER HIND END IN JAIL AND LEAVE HER THERE BEFORE SHE KILLS SOMEBODY!
