I know this guy and since we are paying for him to live free and collect the welfare check. I think it shouldn't be too much of a problem to pay to keep him in prison instead and maybe save some poor taxpayer from getting killed from his dumb, self-centered acts. Jail is too good for him, put him in prison!!!

i think the laws need to be changed. stiffer penilties!!!! for first offensers. that way no more second, third,etc...if one of the "law makers" famililies were affected directly by a death due to a drunk driver then maybe??? something needs to change!!!if he gets out he will statisticly repeat dui and kill an entire family. hope its not mine....

He will just keep getting out of jail and get his drivers license back as long as he has $$$$$$$$$ ... how sad

how many innocent people has he killed? or will kill if he keeps driving drunk? judges and lawyers: it could be a member of your own family. PUT HIM IN JAIL>>>>so people will be safe.

What does this guy have to do to stop drinking and driving? Kill someone? Its time that Mr. McClaskey be given a life sentence in prison to keep him off the highway. Otherwise, he's going to kill, folks.
