Police in Portsmouth, Ohio are searching for a missing pregnant woman. Amber Nicole Howard was last seen August 10th. Police say she's six months pregnant.

Howard's family says she is 5 foot 5 inches tall and 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information should call the Portsmouth police at 1-740-353-4101.

Thank you all for your prayers!!Im her cousin and speaking for most in her family we need GODS help!!She might have been mixed up in a coulpe of things but she was still are family!So thank you all for your concern...If every one keeps there eyes open we can find her.I agree there is something going on in Portsmouth... I just wish we had CSI or LAW AN ORDER up in here we need some people that knows what they are doing and isnt scared of these ponks of portsmouth!!!They would put the fear in these ediots of Portsmouth...We will not stop looking until we find her!

There is somthing going on. Now there are 2 girls missing Amber Howard and Alicia Briggs, Amber pregnate and Alicia 21 went missing with her 1 and 2 year old she was just walking with her kids and never came home.I am scared I am 22 I have a 2 yr old and am pregante with a second child we need to do all we can to help find these girls and there children.There is not enough publisity on this situation!

Has Amber Howard been found? There is never anything on the news about her anymore. We need to find this girl and her unborn child!! Time is waisting away. Our community needs to help find her!

Every time i ride the cus I see signs about her she is 21 and she is 4 months pregnant the signs say. my bus driver stopped and read the signs adn i was happy to know a lil bit because i live close to her cuz i live ion W. Portsmouth

I went to School with Amber and I also know her family. Amber is a really nice person and she was very quiet. She never harmed a soul. I hope they find her soon! I sure know her family misses her alot. Prayers will help! So it means alot to keep her in prayers. And really I think she could be anywhere not only Scioto County so every one should keep there eyes out and ears open.

Hopefully she will be found safe and well, but it would be a LOT easier for the public to help if there were a photo of her on this site. My thoughts and prayers go out for her and her family.

I hope and pray that this girl and her unborn child is found unharmed.Are there pictures being distributed to aid in recognition,and if socan WSAZ post one for us to be on the lookout for.It's sad that this story has only garnered three or four comments.You'd think more people would be interested.My heat and my prayers go out to this family,and I'll be praying for a safe return for this girl and her unborn child.

I hope the woman and her unborn child are both found and return home safely. It would be better if we had a picture of her to see so that she could be better identified.
