If you've wondered what's become of our old friend Jim Treacy, he's been having the time of his life.

Jimmy went from sportscaster to business owner and his new venture, "Pump up the Fun" opened up for business Friday.

It features eight inflatables and it's the perfect birthday party place for everyone from toddlers to adults.

"Pump up the Fun" is in Barboursville on Merritt’s Creek Road just a half mile from Target.

I attended a party for a little girl in my son's class & I have to say I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the venue. It's very safe as well, they have a staff of young ladies that monitor the iniflatables for rough play, etc. Very fun! I'd recommend it for something the whole family can enjoy.

Not too long ago there was an email going around about the danger of kids playing on and in the inflatable games with the concern for safety reasons. Such as cleaning and objects being put in them. How does a parent know that this is not a problem anymore? I'm glad to hear something like this is available in our area. Billy Bobs is getting old and expensive. We used to take our son to Cincinnati to a place semilar to this. GOOD LUCK JIM AND CINDY!!

I attended a party for a friend's child here recently. Our daughters and the other children loved it. Three of us booked parties while there!!!
