KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Five people from Kanawha County are out on bond after cell phone pictures turned up of a young teenager wearing almost nothing.

State police made the arrests late Monday night.

According to the criminal complaint, Donald Taylor is accused of having sexual contact with the 14-year-old girl three times.

Three others: Thomas Mitchell, Joshua Barnes and Amber Stanley all told police they took pictures of the same teen in her underwear.

Shelly Sizemore was also arrested.

She’s charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Troopers say the crimes happened at a house in Clendenin about a month ago.

its about time Donald gets what he has coming to him. see how they treat you in jail buddy. you'll wish youd straightened up a long time ago. His parents should be blamed also they've known for a long time that he has major problems but wouldnt get him any help. he wont have a chance in court tho like the one posting has already said he has had several run ins with the law and already domestic abuse. make sure donald takes something cute to jail with him tho they'll wanna take pictures of him

people keep saying where was the parents? one of the guys was a professional fireman and a volunteer he should have known better. i hope he loses both jobs. they all should go to jail. you know how old your friends girlfriends or what ever the LITTLE girl was to the guy. yes the parents should have been keeping a closer eye on her but how many of us really know what our kids do out side or even in our homes when we arent there. they know what they did was wrong and should pay for it.

You'd think if he was a parent he'd have the heart of a parent. FYI: real parents do not take nudy pics of their children or anyone elses children!! This makes a loving parents stomach turn. It is people like you, who defend these MONSTERS that give them their chances with other potential victims. You and people like you are the reason they can continue on their path that has no shame. Would you still be so "respectful" if it were your 13-14 yr. old he had taken pics of? You are either a confused victim or you are a perv yourself. Either way you need some serious help. people get on here and blame this one or that one, or this man is a better person than that one! WAKE_UP. What happened is the fault of every-one involved! Situations such as this seperates the MEN and the BOYS! Like I said A REAL MAN would have whipped the child then taken her to the parents, along with the pix, but that didnt happen, because PERVERSION took over! This Donald may be a good person in your eyes, but in mine he is as much to blame as the next, and I would never allow him around any child!

This doesn't surprise me one bit. Donald Taylor has always thought with the "wrong head!" I went to school with him, and he's always been this way. He needs to get the help that he has long time been offered.

yes it was wrong the pics was taken but, i would bet she was a willing participant. the teens now arent as "child like" as they were even 20 yrs ago. im a jr. high teacher, and what i see out of 14 and 15 yr olds is terrible behavior that only adults should be saying and or doing. im a 36 yr old female and i must say the girls are worse than the boys. some of the note passing ive intercepted ,(from the girls to boys)are sexually explicit you wouldnt believe it. i think EVERYONE involved should be equally punished!!im including the "victim".

My earlier post was Aug 7, 2008 at 10:07 AM... There have been posts made since my comment and I just want to make myself clear. I am not blaming the minor. The adults are definitely the ones to blame. I said that I do not know the whole story. The media always twists the story around and I understand that. If everyone knew that the girl was under the age of 18 then they need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. I would be very upset if someone did this to my daughter, but nevertheless, my 13-14 year old daughter WOULD NOT be hanging out with 35 year old adults (one woman charged in this case is about that age)! Also, why is a 30 some year old married woman hanging out with 14 and 18 year olds??!! (I only know the aprox. ages of these people) A person can only lead a life full of sin for so long. Eventually it will catch up with them and bad things will happen. I wonder who found these pics and turned them into authorities? Small town nothing to do but get into trouble.

are you SERIOUSLY blaming the girl?? How dare you! How do you know the circumstances under which she "exposed her body"? How do you know she wasn't coerced in any way? If she did it willingly then that might make her foolish but it in no way makes any of it her fault! Adults know better and should control their actions.

I have a fourteen year old neice and the thought of a grown man looking at her that way makes me ill. I dont care if a girl looks older ..thats no excuse. These people should all be punished and heavily so.

Anyone that knows Donald Taylor,wasn't surprised when hearing this. He knows what hes doing at all times. He just doesn't care nor does his parents, they have always blamed his behavior on others. As I'm sure they will in this case too. By any means, this is not the 14 yr old girls fault, shes still just a kid, Donald Taylor and the others ARE the adults. Check his record, you will find several run-ins with the law along with Domestic abuse. His family should get him help that he needs before he or someone is hurt...or worse.

First of all, let me say that I do not know the true story. I grew up around these people and I am surprised at the news I have heard. Just as someone posted earlier...I believe a couple of the adults involved in this crime possibly did not know how old the girl was. Children now days definitely don't look their age. They look more mature than they should. On the other hand, I know one of the female adults and I am not surprised by her behavior. If her husband has ever wanted to leave her he better do it NOW! He must be so embarrassed and ashamed of her actions. I do believe one man in this matter is good and honorable and always has been. He doesn't drink and does all that he can to help people and his community. I wish this would not have happened to him. This mishap might just ruin his career. Hopefully these people have learned not to put themsleves in positions where something like this could have happend. Why are these adults hanging out with a 14 year old!?

No offense Pablo, but I'm getting tired of your comments asking where the parents are. And not just at the time of the crime but raising them. You should sit down one day and google some of the most prominent and upstanding families in the world. Then you should investigate what kind of trouble these kids get into. It is part of the psychology of an adoloscent. Rebellion, a need for belonging, etc. You cant force a child not to be rebellious if they truly want to be, and you cant give a teen a sense of belonging. No matter how much love or discipline they receive. Teens are at an awkward age in this sense. They are old enough to make decisions that can affect them for the rest of their lives. But they are also still too immature to make these decisions. I agree, sometimes the parents can thwart certain actions. But on the whole, the most loving and attentive parents can raise great children that make bad decisions. Parents cant make every decision for their teens.

Journalistic ethics and "rape shield" laws preclude the publishing of the names of sexual assault victims (and this girl is), especially when the victim is a minor.

I know all of these people and their parents. They weren't raised this way. Sometimes you just make the wrong decisions in life. You live and learn from your mistakes. I believe they should get probation but nothing more. I believe they have learned their lesson. No one needs to judge unless you know the complete story. You just hear what is on here and you don't know all of what happened.

i only know one of the men involved and he is a wonderful dear sweet person and great father someone i have and will always respect im 100%sure he dident have a clue of her age he would have told her to get on down the road if he did teenagers look so much older thies days and so many lie about thier age start cheaking id's ppl cause a man i think the world of prolly just had his world shatred over all this

Please understand that just because the people involved made the decisions they made does not mean they have bad parents. I have known 2 of the people involved my entire life. They both have very kind and genuinely good parents. They were brought up better than this. I know bad decisions were made, and they have to be held accountable for their actions, but please do not assume that their parents are bad people who do not care for their children. They are truely heartbroken and certainly do not need the critisism of complete strangers. If anything, pray for the families involved in this. I know it is needed and will be much appreciated.

They DID know how old she was, and she is not one that can pass easily as older, she looks like a kid. Her parents and her Aunt who had custody of her for a while must not care, or this wouldn't have happened.

How old are these people? I mean im not condoning this in any way beleive me,but u have to realize that in todays time these teenage boys and girls do not look there age (did they know she was 14)? I know of several instances of young girls and guys ages as young as 13 in the local bars. There was one guy who i think was wrongfully arrested in charleston that picked up a girl in the bar that was 16,who had an ID that said she was 22 on her when the police searched her purse,and had consensual sex (with about 6 witnesses that she was all over him)that night in a car in the parking lot of the bar until her parents busted her and her friends at the bar, then she claimed rape. And all these kids are having sexual relationships and drinking at earlier ages now whether u want them too or not.And im sure she wasnt forced into her underwear and was aware of what was going on.

By this, I don't only mean at the time the offenses took place, but also where were these parents as the child was growing up? Don't they teach their kids anything? Or perhaps the kids are just modeling their parents behavior?

This is sick! Where was the mother of the 14yr. old girl while this was happening to her daughter? If we keep our children close and watch after them, know their friends then we can protect them from idiots like this! I know where my daughter is, and who she is with at ALL times, And when in doubt I check it out! We as parents should protect our children from people like this. No matter the cost! They only get angry,BUT they get over it. If we love our children we protect them! Hope this is the only thing they have done to this kid! MAKE THEM PAY!
