HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) --Police picked up four men for transporting and having stolen guns.
According to witness statements to police the four also matched the descriptions of the people accused of firing shots into a car in the back of the Red Iguana.
Police say they were driving a white car, as descripted by witnesses in the other report.
Around 3am, officers responded to a shots fired call behind a bar in the 800-block of 4th Avenue. They found .45 shell casings near where they believe the shots were fired.
Officers stopped the white Mazda Millenia at the corner of 9th Street and 4th Avenue shortly after the shooting.
Police tell us they found a handgun under the drivers seat and one in the trunk inside a sock. It’s unclear if those were the weapons used in the shooting. According to the reports it appears those two guns are of a different caliber.
No one was injured in the shooting. Police arrested these four men charging them with misdemeanor crimes: Anthony Garrett, Ronnie Turner, Daniel Johnson and Mauryl Garrett.
Anthony wasn't allowed to carry guns and was charged for it. All suspects were also charged with concealing a deadly device.
