CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man was arrested over the weekend after officers say they found him with five grams of cocaine and almost $2,000 inside his house on Hendrix Avenue in Charleston.

Police in Charleston arrested Rashadd Goins late Saturday
night.

He's charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He's in the South Central Regional Jail.

Okay, the drugs I understand but when was it a crime for a person to have money in their house?

and so the story goes on he will post bail probly with some drug money he had stashed somewhere else and then he will be on the "most wanted" list for not reappearing in court......hello does anyone see a pattern here?

if i were a betting man, which i am, i would bet that this is def. drug related.
