ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Michigan is in great danger of missing a bowl appearance this football season.

The Wolverines will have to struggle to win four more games to become bowl-eligible after losing to Toledo 13-10 on Saturday.

It's Big Ten Michigan's first loss to a Mid-American Conference team ever.

Both teams are 2-4.

First-year Wolverines coach Rich Rodriguez says he's gone through this kind of thing before and says his team will get right back to work.

Michigan has two tough opponents ahead -- Penn State on the road Saturday and Michigan State at home after that.

Unbeaten Penn State was sixth and Michigan State was 23rd before their wins Saturday.
