UPDATE @ 12:30pm
The Department of Highways tells WSAZ.com that one lane of I-77 north in Jackson County, West Virginia, will be closed until at least 2 or 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Crews say a tractor trailer carrying 45,000 pounds of eggs flipped over, causing damage to at least a third of the eggs.

The DOH says workers are transferring the cargo to another truck at this time, but traffic is still flowing relatively smoothly.

Traffic will have to be shut down completely for about 20 minutes when crews attempt to flip the truck upright again.

UPDATE @ 8:54am
911 dipatchers say one lane of I-77 north is now open.
