CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police in Charleston have identified the man they believe shot another man in the head.
Police tell WSAZ.com Andrew Miller, 18, from Charleston faces attempted murder charges. He's known on the streets as A-4.
The shooting happened Wednesday night in the 200 block of Daniel Boone Drive at Washington Manor.
The victim has been in critical, but stable condition. His name has not been released, but officers believe he will survive. Sgt. S.A. Cooper with the Charleston police says the victim's condition is improving.
Police say Miller is the brother of Andre Williamson, aka A-3.
Williamson was the prime suspect in an unsolved murder three years ago. Police say Williamson shot and killed Jodi Gray, but prosecutors dropped the charges against him because of a lack of evidence. That shooting happened just feet from where the juvenille was shot Wednesday night.
Williamson is now serving time on charges related to a different shooting that happened in Charleston.

To:Pablo,if you dig back in your families, you most likely will find bad apples!Does that mean YOUR WHOLE FAMILY NEEDS LOCKED UP? Who are you to call a whole family trash! People who MURDER a child or severely injuries a child or any innocent human being, should have the same thing done to them,or get life in prison and NEVER turned loose, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE,OR WHO THEY ARE RELATED TO! People who condon,or try to hide, or cover up a crime, should be CHARGED! Murderers and Attempted Murderers, Drug Dealers,& Gangs come from ALL walks of life! These bad people can be in ANYONES families, and they are from: Rich,Average, Poor,Doctors,Lawyers,,Police,Preachers,Teachers,Judges, Governors, Senaters,$ Presidents. Does being related to any of these families, make it alright to murder an Innocent Victim anywhere, and when they do does it make their Whole Families Trash? Some find GOOD in MURDERERERS who KILL,INNOCENT VICTIMS and make EXCUSES for them, they DRESERVE DIE,LIKE THE VICTIMS DID!
