Kroger Recalls 'Super Kids' Bread
The Kroger Co. grocery chain is recalling a store-brand bread because it could contain milk ingredients not listed on the label.

CINCINNATI (AP) - The Kroger Co. grocery chain is recalling a store-brand bread because it could contain milk ingredients not listed on the label.
The Cincinnati-based company says customers who bought Super Kids Enriched White Sandwich Bread sold in 13 states should return it for a refund or replacement.
The company says the bread could be a threat to people with milk allergies. Kroger says there is no safety issue for other consumers.
States affected are Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

When did this all start? Peanut allergies, dairy allergies, this that and the other thing. When I was a young tot and in school you never heard of anyone getting sick from peanuts. School lunches usually included a PB&J sandwich and milk was a big big part of lunch and breakfast. What have we done to our children to cause them to have these "allergies"? Is it the meds we give pregnant mothers? Is it something the fathers have done before conception? What have we become?

Huh? Super Kid's Bread? I would not buy that simply because of the name.
