CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- The Greenbrier netted nearly $122,000 from its new casino in the first month of operation.
Figures released Wednesday by the state Lottery Commission show revenues from table games and video slot machines totaled $121,933 in October.
The four-star resort began offering blackjack and other table games on Oct. 1. Forty-four video slot machines were added in mid-October.
Vice President of Casino Operations Todd Fishon says the gambling revenue was “right about what we thought.”
A larger version of the casino is expected to open in April.

Who cares James? If they are healthy enough to get to the casino then they don't need health insurance. Mind your own business.

Here is a prime example of a large Co. (CSX) owns a nother Co. Who cares if this place is making money as long as the big wigs at CSX are getting there pockets full of $$$$$$$. This place was goig to close in these peoples hands. Then comes in a privte person with his own $$$$$$$. Wants to help, his money is on the line not someones elses. LOOK what he has done in the short time he has owned the place. I look up to this man. If more Co. were ran this way we would not have such large # of Co. going out of business.

How much was lost by the gamblers? Maybe that money could have gone to pay for health insurance for the poor.
