Huntington Police and West Virginia State Police raided a house in Huntington Thursday morning.
The raid took place shortly before 9AM at 1910 8th Ave. We're told officers will were looking for Talbert Pannel, Jr.
Pannell is a fugitive that the U.S. Marshal's first tried to arrest on Monday at the same house. He was not at house today.
Back on Monday, as a Deputy Marshal and a State Parole Officer tried to take Pannell into custody he got into a physical struggle with officers. One handcuff was placed on Pannell, but he was able to break free and flee on foot.
Pannell has a previous crimininal history that includes assault and a parole violation.

LISTEN I'VE HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE HPD NOT WANTING TO LISTEN TO ME ON SOMETHINGS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED. BUT I'M NOT GONNA PUT THEM DOWN WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO GET DRUGS OFF OUR STREETS. AND TO D IF THIS WAS JUST A PUBLICITY STUNT THEN WHY DO THEY HAVE THE PIC OF THIS GUY HUH IT'S BACAUSE IT'S REAL. THERE IS TO MANY DRUGGIES AROUND HERE IN HUNTINGTON AND IT MAKES ME SICK. I JUST SEEN A DRUG DEAL EARLIER ON GUYAN AVE. REAR AND I WAS SO SCARED THAT I COULD'NT GET OUT OF MY CAR TO GO TO MY BROTHERS HOUSE. HPD YOU REALLY NEED TO WATCH GUYAN AVE. REAR, 9TH STREET WEST AND THERE IS SOME ON JACKSON AVENUE TO. AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE TRYING TO FIX JACKSON AVE UP IT'S A NICE LITTLE COMMUNITY IF THE DRUGGIES WOULD STAY AWAY AND THE IDIOTS GOING AROUND SPRAY PAINTING PEOPLES CARS. BUT A BUNCH OF US GOT SMART AND PUT UP INSIDE CAMERAS AND OUTSIDE SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THEY'LL BE SEEN. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THAT TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM THESE IDIOTS. PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW THAT GOD IS HERE
