COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Reports of widespread voter fraud in Ohio are overblown, according to Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner.

There have been reports that Canvassers for Acorn, a community organizing group, has turned in large numbers of fraudulent voter registration forms in Ohio and other battleground states.

On Tuesday, Brunner instructed county elections officials to report all instances of suspected voter fraud to her office, as well as to local authorities, so she and the attorney general can join in the investigation.

I tend to think there is fraud here no one wants to acknowledge. I've been called five times, by both political campaigns, each asking for a different person with my surname. None of the people asked for were members of my family or have ever lived here. Hmmm...Do you think maybe someone registered to vote using my address and surname? My local board of election official doesn't seem too interested in this - Oh, he's a democrat.

Just because there have been fraudulent voter registrations doesn't necessarily mean there have been fraudulent votes

The fallout of the Repb. and Rush's little trick of getting people to vote for Obama in the primary thinking McCain could beat him and not Hillary they tried to turn the Dem's against each other and it worked for awhile but then the debates started and anyone with half a brain could see McCain is no smarter than George Bush, and Palin doesn't have a clue so now they want to cry foul. Its their own fault they created the problem trying to steal another election

Let me guess which political party the Secretary of state resides. Acorn is a democrat ran organazation that perpetuates voter fraud. Listen to the people that are being interviewed. They were cohorsed into registering multiple times. You shouldnt have to beg people to vote. If you do, thats an uninformed vote.

The Republican national committee dirty tricks brigade has infiltrated acorns ranks to discredit and make legitimate voter regristration drives appear fraudulent .They will go to any lengths to try and make this good organization look bad .I worry that the Bush Administration will engineer some kind of National emergency like another terror attack between now and the election . I still think they made an attempt to sabotage Obamas plane that was forced to make an emergency landing in Indiana .I asked a airline pilot about the emergency slide that deployed in the tail cone on the MD80 obama was a passenger on , he said it was unheard of for that to happen inflight .He said that it caused the plane to pitch and yaw causing a severe loss of control . Its very likely that people willing to make an assination attempt on a presidential candidate will do anything to derail this election .

Of course this is being overblown. This is how McCain/Palin and the facist republicans will explain their loss on Nov. 4th. They can't remember back to 2000 in Florida when the republicans stole the election. These facists won't stop at anything. Of course, any voter fraud should be dealt with harshly and quickly, Democrat or republican.
