WINFIELD, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It will be another week before a winner can be declared in the Putnam County circuit judge first division race.

Incumbent Edward Eagloski paid a bond, requesting that four precincts be recounted. Eagloski is trailing Phillip Stowers by 351 votes.

Stowers also paid a bond, giving him the right to ask that additional precincts be included in the recount.

It is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Commissioners selected four precincts in Hurricane.
