Ingredients Needed: 4 to 5 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast thawed 3 cans of mixed vegtables 3 cans of cream of chicken soup 2 cans of grand biscuits.. |
Directions: Place chicken in a medium baking dish. Mix in the soup and mixed veggies covering the chicken. Don't put the biscuits on yet. Cover with aluminum foil and slow bake at 240 degrees for 4 hours. Then cover the top with the biscuits and cook until the biscuits are done. Chicken will be so tender it will be falling apart.
