Those that knew Dr. Jose Ricard know that we have lost a fine Doctor, Gentleman and humorist. Ill always remember The Herds away games, when Doc. and I would set in the lobby of the hotels that we staying waiting for the Herd to board the bus for the stadium and we would discuss everything from poison ivy to migraine headaches. My wife Retha was also associated with Doc during his early practice here in the states. Retha and I wish only the best for Amy and family.

I just wanted to say thanks to "DOC" who saw me thru marriages, divorce and a healthy pregnancy and delivery. I will have great memories to tell my son of the DOC who loved MU and who took great care of me with love and respect. I am glad that I grew up next door to you. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to become great friends with your daughter. You will be missed!!

Dr. Ricard was such a gentle and kind doctor. It was an honor to have worked with him while I was at Marshall. He will truly be missed. He had a remarkable story of how he came to America and was a true American. My prayers are with the family.
