Mayo received two technicals from referee Mike Lazo.
As the video shows, Mayo walks up to Lazo after the second technical. It appears they may have made contract; however, many question why Lazo fell to the floor with his arms waving wildly.
Lazo declined comment Monday.
Mayo is considering legal action to avoid a mandatory two-game suspension for the ejection.
