The Golden Eagles had five players reach double figures in scoring.
Marquis Brooks led way with 20 points, followed by Dustin Kinney's 19 and Warren Wallace's 18.
The Lady Eagles remained unbeaten in the WVIAC, with a 94-43 win over Davis and Elkins.
Rachel Pike led UC with 21 points.
The win is UC's 14th straight victory.
West Virginia State's men picked up their 6th conference victory, defeating Salem 89-85.
Ted Scott led the yellow Jackets with 42 points.
The women's team lost a close game to Salem, 87-80.
Salem led 52-37 at the half.
