Greg Oden scored 12 of his 16 points in the second half to help Number One Ohio State beat Michigan 65-to-61 today in Ann Arbor.

After trailing by six, the Buckeyes (27-3, 15-1) held the
Wolverines (20-11, 8-8) scoreless for the final four minutes to win
their 14th straight game and their first as a top-ranked team since
1962.

Michigan had chances to pull off the upset and boost its chances
for an N-C-A-A tournament bid, but couldn't make the shots or stops
in the final minutes in the regular-season finale for both teams.

Ohio State's Ron Lewis scored 16 points and Mike Conley Junior
had eleven.

Dion Harris scored 19 points for Michigan, Brent Petway and
Courtney Sims each had eleven, and Jerret Smith added ten.
