Ramel Bradley and Randolph Morris scored 17 points apiece to lead Kentucky to a 79-to-67 win over Alabama in the opening round of the S-E-C Tournament this afternoon. Five Wildcats scored in double figures to overcome a slow start.
Alabama raced to a 21-to-eleven lead just past the midway point
of the first half. But the Wildcats took command with a 13-point
run that ended with a dunk by Morris. Kentucky made eleven of its
last 15 shots in the first half to bounce back from a three-of-15
start from the field.
