The field of 65 is now set and much to the dismay of the WVU basketballl program, their name wasn't called on Selection Sunday.
But it was Sunday night!
The Mountaineers will be playing in the N-I-T tournament with 31 others teams. Their first game is against Delaware State on Tuesday night with a 7pm start. WVU comes into the game with 22-9 record while their opponent is 22-12.
Head Coach John Beilein says his team is happy to have the chance to play some more games this season. If they win, WVU would play the winner of UMass and Alabama Thursday night in Morgantown at 9pm.
