This year's Friends of Coal Bowl between West Virginia and Marshall will be televised by ESPN 2.
The game is set for September Eighth at Marshall's Joan C. Edward Stadium. Kickoff is set for 11:10 a.m.
It will be WVU's first football visit to Huntington since 1915.
It will be only the seventh time in history the Mountaineers and the Thundering Herd have met on the gridiron.
WVU won all the previous contests but none of those were in Huntington, where Marshall has lost only eleven out of 120 games.
The two schools are in the second year of a seven-year contract that says the winner of two of the first three games in the series
will earn home field advantage in 2009.
The Mountaineers won last year's game, 42-to-10, in Morgantown.
