Nitro's Scott can play in '07
Nitro High School Coach Scott Tinsley is a pretty happy football coach right now....his star quarterback must be equally happy because of an SSAC ruling on Tuesday.
The West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission has ruled that the Nitro Quarterback is eligible to play next season.
There was some question as to whether Scott had used up too many semesters of eligiblity going back to his 8th grade year. The SSAC said he had not..
Scott threw for 24 touchdowns and nearly 3-thousand yards last year, leading the Wildcats to a 10-2 record.
