Three players share the honors as The Associated Press state high school player of the week.
Keyser's Matt Wilmer had six touchdowns rushing and one
receiving in a 49-10 win over Musselman.
Wilmer is a junior who started in place of the injured Jeremy
Green. Wilmer had 13 carries for 335 yards before going to the
bench early in the fourth quarter. He scored on runs of 19, 41, 74,
67, 87 and 25 yards. He also had a 30-yard touchdown reception.
Wilmer shares the award with Parkersburg's Matt Lindamood and
Nitro's Michael Scott.
Lindamood ran 30 times for 287 yards and five touchdowns in a
47-41 win over Cabell Midland.
Scott completed 16-of-25 passes for 426 yards and three scores
in a 48-33 comeback win over Poca.
