Highlights and interviews from Cabell Midland and Hurricane in the MSAC Championship Softball Game

The MSAC championship games were held Tuesday and Wednesday at Hurricane High School.

Starting Tuesday the second ranked Cabell Midland defeated number three Ripley. Shortly after the conclusion of that game, the top ranked Hurricane defeated South Charleston.

In a game that included two Midland seniors will be playing at Marshall next year and directly followed South Charleston pitcher Alli Burdette achieving her 1,000th strike out, the number two team in the state, Hurricane, hosted Cabell Midland for the conference title.
