Penguins Look To Take 3-0 Lead

OTTAWA (WSAZ) --The Penguins already lead the Ottawa Senators 2-0 in the NHL playoffs, but a clean sweep could be in jeopardy tonight.

When Pittsburgh travels to the home of the Ottawa Senators tonight they will be facing a new team. Jason Spezza makes his return from having surgery on his herniated disk, plus the Senators are undefeated while playing at Scotiabank Place this postseason.

If anyone has what it takes to rain on Spezza’s parade however, it is Sidney Crosby. In game two, Crosby needed only one period to record a hat trick. That powered the team to their 4-3 victory and 2-0 series lead.

The Senators chances may look a little bleak, as they have never won a series that they trailed 2-0, but anything can happen right?

The game is set to take place at 7:30 pm/ est.
