WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP) - Webb Simpson is joining two other golfers in representing West Virginia's Greenbrier resort.
The resort announced Thursday that the 2012 U.S. Open champion will display The Greenbrier logo on his golf bag during tournaments, pro-am golf events and public golf exhibitions. Others currently doing so are Tom Watson and Kenny Perry.
Simpson has played in all three Greenbrier Classics since its PGA Tour debut in 2010, including two top 10 finishes.
Simpson says being an ambassador for The Greenbrier is "an honor."
