CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Halloween Trick-or-Treat isn't the only thing being pushed back thanks to all the mess left behind by Hurricane Sandy.

The West Virginia Secondary Schools Acitivities Commission has announced it will postpone the state soccer tournament until next week. WVSSAC officials are also moving the matches from Beckley to Charleston.

The AAA matches will now be played at Schoenbaum Soccer Stadium in Coonskin Park. Meanwhile, the AA-A matches will move to the Trace Fork Complex on Corridor G. Officials say the fields in Beckley will likely not be ready for play by next week, and both facilities in Charleston have turf fields.

The state semifinals will begin Tuesday, November 6, and the championship matches will be Wednesday, November 7.
