WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) - West Virginia's first-round NCAA tournament game against Arizona will be the final game of the day
Thursday.

The first-round schedule for the West region games at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., begins with Xavier and Georgia at 12:20 p.m. Purdue takes on Baylor a half hour after the first game concludes. That night, Duke meets Belmont at 7:10 p.m. Then the seventh-seeded Mountaineers and 10th-seeded Wildcats take the court 30 minutes after that game is over.

If West Virginia wins in the first round, the team will play Saturday against the winner of the Duke-Belmont game.
