WVU WR Travares Copeland leaves team

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia freshman wide receiver Travares Copeland has left the team for personal reasons.

West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen made the announcement Thursday. He declined further comment.

Copeland started one game and had 10 catches for 55 yards in three games.

West Virginia (5-3, 2-3 Big 12) plays at Oklahoma State (5-3, 3-2) on Saturday.
