Now our link of the day.
Are you looking for a new place to rent but are afraid of overpaying?
Now you can check on prices of places that are similiar to what you want.
Check out www.rentometer.com. All you have to do is enter your location, how much you pay in rent and then how many bedrooms and units are in the building. Click on the analyze button and the site will bring up similar rentals around your area to compare.
The site collects data from public listings and also receive information directly from leasing companies. As usual, our area is behind the curve on this, but there are still enough rentals around the bigger cities in our region to give this site a try.
