Online retailers hope predictions of flat sales don't come true, and they're using technology to try to boost their numbers. This year, mobile and social networks are playing a bigger role in online sales, with some retailers going after shoppers through cell phones and Facebook accounts.
And despite forecasts of slow Web sales, some shoppers are facing technical delays or slowdowns as people browse multiple sites for bargains.
Just keep hitting refresh, right? To avoid those kinds of problems, Internet experts suggest shopping during off-peak hours, so your best bet now is waiting until late evening. Consider this: it's estimated that nearly 60 percent of employees with Internet access at work were shopping on the job Monday.

Speaking of Cyber Monday -- one of the best links available is from the guys at gizmodo.com. They've compiled a list of some of Monday's best deals. The majority of the Cyber Monday deals are high-definition TVs, but there are some deals for other gadgets including MP3 players, Blu-ray players and much more.
