Charleston Mall to Offer Online Shopping Experience
Charleston Town Center is debuting a way to go online to find deals at the mall and share experiences with other local shoppers.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Online shopping versus "shop til you drop" at the local mall.
Saturday, shoppers at Charleston Town Center might get both.
According to a news release, Charleston Town Center plans to debut a new online shopping experience called Shoptopia Saturday. If you sign up for a free profile on the Shoptopia website, you will be connected with others to share shopping experiences, read product reviews and get offers from retailers at the mall.
Mall directors say they hope to translate the online shopping experience with a trip to the mall for shoppers in Charleston. The Town Center plans to hand out $10 gift cards to the first 200 people signed up as a Shoptopia member.
This is the first location in West Virginia to operate with the social networking site. Shoptopia plans to expand into twenty other shopping centers across the country by the end of the year.
