It is my humble opinion that Mr. Benjamin should recuse himself from any case brought before the state Supreme Court involving Massey Energy, and should consider stepping down at the end of this term. Mr. Blankenship - coal is not the future of energy in WV or this country. It is dirty to combust and is expensive in monetary, environmental, and human costs to extract. There are far better options becoming available and sensible to make use of. Please America, reduce, reuse, recycle and embrace clean, renewable energy options as much as possible.

WSAZ has generously given us this outlet so opinions, situations, items of local interest and community concerns can be addressed. Further, I don't believe that children under the age of 18 need their own car, or to have a driver's license necessarily. The prior generations shared "a family car," and survived. I am near the finish & it only seems to be getting worse.Board passing rates were down last year & now we know why.Things keep getting added to our workload b/c the faculty want to improve the passing rate. Instead of reviewing the curriculum & the instructor's level of knowledge, we're being blamed. The students work very hard to learn what we need to know but, we're left in the dark with no idea if we're prepared for boards or not. The program should be stripped of it's accreditation and be completely rebuilt. I'm hoping that future students will read this & be warned. I want to be a good nurse, I hope that will be. If I had the chance to do it again, I wouldn't. I'd go to a more reputable school.I hope that someone will choose to further investigate the matter, maybe interview some the student?

Posted by: Sick I just wish people would stay home from work when they are sick. We do receive sick days where I work, but some use those days when they are playing hooky. So then, when they are really sick they have no time left, so they come to work and cough and sneeze and contaminate everyone else. I just spent 42.00 at the drug store and 115.00 at the doctors office and I missed two days work. Please people....just stay home if you are sick!

There is NO POINT in calling the water company because their response is always something that indicates that they don't have a clue about any problems. They had no idea about water being off. They had no idea if they had any problems with the water lines. They had no idea what could cause someone to have problems with brand new hot water heaters! They had no idea. I am guessing it is because their intellectual ability is similar to yours and they have NO IDEA what they are talking about. Oh and your thoughts are clearly fogged by your inability to post the same comments in one blog instead of three. Why don't you go volunteer at a hospital, nursing home, or the VA. There are very lonely people there that might actually care to see your name twenty times in three days.

All I hear is the constant rise of oil which is linked to high gas prices...Yet the fuel companies are making unbelieveable profits..Maybe if it was government controled they can pass on the savings to the american people and cut out the profits. These gas prices are not only hurting individuals they r hurting businesses alike. Then the businesses have no choice but to pass on the burden to customers to maintain a business for profit.
