I agree with Lee.

To Lee: Please tell me this isn't the same Dr. Jamie Bailes that treats my Daughter. I read a small article about it somewhere. It did not cross my mind at the time this could be my Daughters Pediatrican. I know SB as well. I never thought he had that kind of a temper. I hope SB recovers from this ok. Is she in the hospital? I will not be taking my Daughter back to him. She was always uncomfortable around him and has wanted to go somewhere else. I should have listened to her sooner. May God bless SB and her children at this very hard time in their lives.

enough about DON! if viewers would ignore. It would GO AWAY

AMEN.. citizen, I agree with you, I don't trust this "Oh-bomb-us" fellow, never heard much about him before. Americans beware, study your candidates, and I just can't believe that our Sen. Rockefeller supports him... now that hurts.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Posted by: Lee on Mar 1, 2008 at 11:51 AM
How come when an ordinary Joe is acused of domestic violence it's all over every newspaper and news broadcast but when a pediatrican pours boiling water on his wife the story is barely covered. Please tell me Dr. Bailes isn't still being able to treat children.

For all the voters, remember who refused to put his hand over his heart which is equivilant to our soldiers saluting our flag and refused to say the Pledge of Allegiance. I'd say 'change' is exactly what he means. People like that do not need the American vote. Lets keep it American people.

The mayor of Charleston, Danny Jones, is a BIG BABY. If you dont play by his rules, he just fires you. Its like you cannot voice your opinion because if it is different from his, YOU ARE FIRED! WHAT HAPPENED TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH?

I greatly respect our metorologists on WSAZ and other channels. They have a big reponsibility and their information is only as good as what they can get. I have a theory about the weather - every day the weathermen simply spin a big wheel and whatever condition the wheel stops at, is what it is going to be. If it were only so simple. So don't pick on Tony C. - If I remember correctly, he is the person who coined the phrase "coal fields" which is now used on every station. What a complement! I give a 10 umbrella salute to Tony Cavalier!

I agree. I'm moving out of Huntington now. Last one out, turn out the lights.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Posted by: E.S. on Feb 28, 2008 at 09:11 PM
I have been reading Tony's blogs and I have to feel soory for him. So many people are bashing and trashing him. I mean, people are calling him Tony CavaLIAR. It is pitiful how you people treat him. At first, I was thinking like most people, "Where is all that snow he said we would get? Here we go again!" But now it is right down ridiculous. You people need to learn manners.

Posted by: Lets Ignore Don on Feb 28, 2008 at 07:15 PM
Don apparently has no life. he gets his "jollys" from making stupid comments, & reading what people say about him. If everyone quits commenting on his posts,he will soon be the only one making posts. Then he will be the only one reading them. Lets not amuse him any longer.

Numerous amount of tax paying money goes into the city every week and there arent anything done to better this city. This city is on some magazines as one of the worst places to live, not to mention the crime rate rising over the rate of Columbus, Ohio. This is terrible and if its not fixed this citizen will move away and never look back and i also believe other people are thinking the same thing. Leah Hickman case has just fizled out leaving the public in fear of what to happen next. It needs to stop right now or there will be a lot of people leaving of what used to be a nice city to the city of hell.

Beth I'd like to hear their answer to that question.

Hey Rick in Nicholas County. I agree with you about Larry Tucker. He shouldn't be able to run when he spent time in the Penitentiary for taking a bribe as a lawmaker. We need to show up at the meet the candidate forums they are having and ask him why we can trust him now. It's pathetic that he even thinks we are going to vote for a thief.

Posted by: Beth on Feb 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM
This is in response to "army dude" saying we need to bring prayer and the pledge of allegience back into our schools. I totally agree!! Here's something to think about.......Why is it that you can't pray in class at school but if you get into trouble and go to prison, then one of the first things you can receive is a Bible? What''s wrong with that picture? Gotta love them lawmakers huh?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Posted by: Lady on Feb 28, 2008 at 03:33 AM
I agree 100% with army dude. Give our military a reason to fight for God & country. The government has made us suffer enough and because of other countries actions and even taken some of our freedoms.

well, there goes the fun while it lasted. A party pooper comes along and whines about some fun others are having and don't like it. I guess I'll go to another site too.

I agree with Dana. I ask the WSAZ newsroom to please not allow Don (or others) use this forum for self promotion or bullying. I was proud of our local news for venturing into the 21st Century & providing this service to its viewers. However, Don is ruining it. If I continue to see his negative posts with NUMEROUS exclamation points in it, I will choose not to browse through the blogs and Yell postings any longer.

I just found out that former state senator and convicted felon, Larry Tucker, is running for Nicholas County Commissioner. Is this legal? I would think that someone who was convicted of taking a $10,000 bribe wouldn't be allowed to run for a public office. Oh well, the Legislature and Senate are probably too busy lining their own pockets to check out this one. Especially when it pertains to one of their old members.

What is it with the superintendent of schools here in Nicholas County. We have had 11 snow days this winter, and it hasn't even been a bad winter. God help us if we actually get some snow. If it clouds up, she gives a 2 hr. delay or cancels it all together.

So goodbye my dear sweet dunderhead, halfwit, ignoramous, nincompoop, tomfool, simpleton. Obviously you don't have what it takes.

You folks have 1000's of loyal viewers in Central WV. We are only 60-odd miles from Charleston, but we are ignored by WSAZ, particularly when it comes to the weather report. Your meteorologists stand right in front of our region, and drone on about the weather in Ohio and Kentucky. Those regions are WELL served when it comes to local TV, but we have nothing. Nothing at all.

Thank you Don, but you still prove to be a keyboard boxer. You want everyone to to think you are this exremely intelligent, educated person. In reality your not. You are just a keyboard boxer craving attention and online is the place for you to get it even if it is negative. In the real world you probably have no friends, no life, etc. Go ahead post your made up resume using the keyboard, no one will believe it anyway. My prediction is your resume will be so far out of this world that it could only be in the cyber world anyway. Glad to help YOU out bobble head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the last time I entertain you!!! I put Don's name on the original post. Is OK though he'll get the point

Don's Resume: 2 years as a total tool. 3 years as a blubbering idiot. 5 years as a senseless fool. A lifetime of annoying people to the point where they want to punch him. Congratulations Don! You just got the job as a loser who spends 24\7 on this website.

Bill Clinton coming to the area, really? I wonder if Monica is coming with him? I know everybody is not perfect especially me, but we were lied to before, just wondering what we will hear now? Of course, there is not much to choose with the other candidates. I believe its the money, but, dont see much of that anymore.

What do u really know about the conflicts in the Middle East and how they concern the U.S.? How terrifying that democrats want to withdraw from Iraq, leaving it open for the Islamic Republic of Iran to influence and control. The Islamic Republic of Iran has been committed to world dominance since it tookover Iran in 1979 and has tried to divide Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine territories with the help of terrorists organizations that itself created or trained. Iran has diplomatic ties with Syria, Russia, China and Venezuela, all of which are troublesome. Venezuela can and probably has already channeled terrorists from Venezuela through Mexico and into the U.S. Russia has given Iran a missile defense system. China has purchased oil fields. Both Russia and China have blocked U.N. sanctions against Iran. Iraq most become a democracy. The last thing the world wants is for Iran to control Iraq and therefore the flow of oil. Iran will hold the world hostage. Leaving Iraq has consequences!
