I would like to complain about the communist government that is controlling our lives. Why even have votes? The politicians, such as Manchin, Rahall, Rockefeller, do not listen to us, did not with the endorsement of Obama when the State voted for Hillary, they did not listen about the backing of this bail out bill. It makes me ill to know that we are not being heard and I hope that everyone pays close attention to who they are voting for this election.

I would like to yell about the drivers speeding through school zones. People need to slow down. I promise if my child gets hurt someone will pay dearly. I did see a cop pull someone over at Shoals the other morning, to bad it wasn't the woman flying out of the school parking lot one afternoon while picking up our kids. I guess she was in a hurry to leave for Brazil. Slow down!!!

I am working any overtime i can get to pay my bills.... are these worthless bigtime bankers (who can't run a business)working day and nite to pay theirs? NO...they just get a bailout plan from the government (funded by taxpayers) and these execs are vacationing on the weekends!!!!!!!! if we don't do something soon, just kiss the middle class goodbye and it's back to the old ages.....

October is domestic awareness month the best awareness they need to take in consideration is when the police is called to the home for this it takes 2 to fight take both to jail not just one. women for centuries have played this card on men so many times. when in truth it may be the woman fault im not saying it right to fight i saying take both to jail. im a woman and i know this happens seems no matter what the man goes to jail when it should be both parties i wonder if its 2 same sex compaion who goes to jail the biggest one?

Who died and gave the state board of education the right to decide what our children eat for school parties basically putting th diets.Most children are normal ideal weights.My child deserves to be able to eat whatever I send.If I say it is okay for him to have a cupcake,then it is my right.A school system is far from a doctor or nutritionist.They are there to educate.Fine, educate about proper health and healthy choices,but government shouldn't not be able to say no cupcakes, no food at parties,no goody bags etc.Most goody bags were filled with various items,including pencils and candy.These however were sent home for the parent to decide how much the child can eat.Do you honestly think that kids go home and never have candy or cake.Next thing you know birthday cakes will have to be banned.I would rather feed my kid pizza then watch them eat from cafeterias with critical violations like in Putnam County.Check out Putnam Live for all of the violations.Most schools had 2 or 3 violations.

To Penny: Please don't spend any more money on antennas. If you were picking up MyZ with just your regular TV, continue to do so until the February cut off. Prior to that time, if WSAZ is digital, then they will have to proceed with more towers for their broadcast. I too am using a set on a converter and can get 4 channels, the 2 you mentioned and 2 others that are useless. If everyone is going digital, shouldn't we be able to pick up a bunch of channels? Is there anyone out there who can answer these questions on this forum? I have cable for another set in my home and it costs over $2 per day so I'm paying around $780.00 a year (no special features either) & most of the time I just watch the major networks. Free digital is definitely a bargain. Surly it will get better.

I for one do not care if I have the respect of other people and when i go to church I'm not there for anyone one but the Lord. because its not me and the Lord & someone else opion it's me and the Lord. When I depart this life are there going to be someone there to answer for me? no it will be me. and who know's what i will be wearing the instant i leave. So you are one of these people who would judge and talk about me if i'm not wearing nice cloths even though im serving my lord in good right christian way? i will pray for you and all that feel that way.

I am having trouble picking up stations with my converter box. The only ones I get are 8.1 and 11.1 Why can't I get MY Z and your regular station? I have bought new coax, moved the antenna, and bought a booster and still only pick up 8.1 and 11.1 I have spent over $120 dollars and still nothing. Walmart says towers are still being put up and Radio Shack says the tower for WSAZ is in Lexington, Kentucky. My daughter loves watching wrestling and it is moving to MY Z and I can't get it. I am really getting ticked. Everyone gives me the run around. I don't get a straight answer from anyone. I hate to have to spend another $100 for another antenna. This antenna is UHF/VHF.

I was reading about the voters being told what they can and cannot wear to vote. what's next you cannot go to church unless you have a wardrobe inspection. cloths do not make a person a person makes a person and if they choose to wear their clothing of choice rather it be to vote or to church so be it at least their there . it should not be a issue at this point. i would not care if i chose to wear a pair of shorts to church god dosent care as long as i serve him he brings us in the world naked. so politics should not care as long as your there doing the american thing

Why has WSAZ not done a story about the potential of a WATER PARK in Boyd Co. KY? That's huge news. The water park is expected to cost between $10 and $15 million The park concept would include elaborate features such as a surf pool and multiple water slides, and plans call for additional sporting facilities such as baseball and softball fields, miniature golf, and camping, including hook-ups for RVs.
