MY Z TALENT BEE CONTEST RULES

1. Contest Introduction. Gray Television Group, Inc. /dba WSAZ NewsChannel 3 is giving ONE lucky winner ONE THOUSAND (1,000) West Virginia Lottery scratch-off tickets (Value $1,000.00) on September 15, 2007. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER, MUST PROVIDE AGE VERIFICATION PRIOR TO FINAL NOTIFICATION OF SEMI-FINALIST STATUS. SEE OFFICIAL GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY.

2. Contest Description WSAZ NewsChannel 3 and My ZTV will ask its viewers to enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize by way of VIDEO entry submission forms on www.wsaz.com or www.myztv.tv; or by submission of a VHS video tape or DVD entry by way of U. S. Mail; or by entry submitted at WSAZ studio locations; (645 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV or 111 Columbia Avenue, Charleston, WV). If your entry is one of twelve (12) entries selected from all eligible entries, you will be invited to perform your talent on stage at the 2007 Chilifest My Z Talent Bee, September 15, 2007 in downtown Huntington, West Virginia beginning at 12:30PM. The winner of the Talent Bee as determined by the judges will win $1,000.00 in West Virginia Lottery scratch-off tickets.

3. Selecting a Winner. A panel of judges selected by WSAZ Newschannel 3 will review all video entries and select 12 semi-finalists. Each semi-finalist will receive a My Z t-shirt. On September 15, 2007 the 12 semi-finalists will be randomly selected to perform their talent live, on stage at the 2007 Chilifest. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final.

4. Description of Prizes Grand Prize: One thousand West Virginia Lottery scratch-off tickets ($1,000.00 value). The winner is responsible any taxes related to the $1,000.00 value of the winning prize as well as any applicable taxes for any and all winning tickets. Each of the 12 semi-finalists will receive a My Z t-shirt.

5. How to Enter Beginning 8/21/07 eligible participants may register as follows:
A. By Website. Register online at www.wsaz.com or www.myztv.tv. Click on the link entitled, “My Z Talent Bee,” complete the registration form, and submit your VIDEO entry.
B. By Mail. Provide your full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, age, and a VHS videotape or DVD to: “My Z Talent Bee” Post Office Box 2115 Huntington West Virginia, 25721.
C. In Person. Register in person at the WSAZ Huntington, 645 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV or Charleston studio 111 Columbia Avenue, Charleston, WV offices by completing the registration form and depositing it along with a VHS videotape or DVD with the receptionist on duty.

WSAZ NewsChannel 3 must receive all entries no later than 5:00 pm EDT on Friday, September 7, 2007. Mail-in entries must be received by that date as well.

6. Winner Notification On Tuesday, September 11, 2007, WSAZ NewsChannel 3 will notify the 12 semi-finalists. Age verification and availability for the contest on September 15, will be confirmed. Any semi-finalist who can not verify their age, or will not be available for the September 15, contest will be eliminated and another semi-finalist will be selected. Based on the number of entries, WSAZ reserves the right to have fewer than 12 semi-finalists. All entrants, by completion and submission of the entry give the following consent:
“I hereby grant to Gray Television Broadcasting, Inc. (dba: WSAZ NewsChannel 3 and/or My ZTV) and its representatives, employees, agents and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce and publish video or photographs of me, including my image and likeness as depicted therein for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Gray Television Broadcasting, Inc. and its director’s trustees, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions and liability relating to its use of said video or photographs.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, by entry into the “My Z Talent Bee” contest: intending to be legally bound hereby sets their hand and seal the date of the contest entry submission.”
If notification is provided “on the air,” the date of notification shall be the date on which the winner’s name is first communicated to the winner by a representative of WSAZ. If notification is provided by phone, the date of notification shall be the earlier of (i) the date on which actual communication of the award by a station representative to the winner occurs or (ii) the date on which a station representative leaves a message for the winner notifying the winner of the award. Failure to claim the Grand Prize by the two-day deadline results in a forfeiture of the Grand Prize

7. Eligibility Contest is open to all legal residents of the counties in the Charleston-Huntington, West Virginia Nielsen DMA as defined by Nielsen Media Research’s July 2007 Viewers in Profile who are 18 years of age or older. WSAZ NewsChannel 3 reserves the right to refuse to award a Grand Prize to or on behalf of a minor. Employees of Gray Television Group, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsors, participating advertisers, employees of other broadcast stations holding Federal Communication Commission licenses in this DMA and immediate family members of anyone so situated are prohibited from participating in the contest. “Immediate family members” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
