Dispatchers Report Dozens of Accidents, Some Caught on Tape

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- In three hours time Saturday morning, more than 40 accidents were reported in Kanawha County. That was between the hours of 6:30am-9:30am.

Dozens more have been reported since then.

The Oakwood Road exit of Interstate 64 was shut down earlier Saturday morning because of an accident.

Dispatchers say the roads are slick and icy. They encourage everyone to take it easy on the roads.
