PIKEVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Heavy rain has again triggered flash flooding in eastern Kentucky.
There were rescues in Pike County on Thursday and roads were closed after water rose out of several streams. No injuries were reported.

Pike County Emergency Manager Bud Tackett said a mobile home was pushed from its foundation by high water and the Millard Fire Department was called out to rescue people stranded by the flooding.
The same area had been flooded by storms on May 9.
