Early Morning Storms Knock Out Power in 3 Counties
Outages were reported in parts of Boyd and Greenup counties in Kentucky, and Scioto County in Ohio.

Power has now been restored to all customers in Scioto County

According to AEP's website, power has been restored to all customers in Boyd County and Greenup County.
Just over 1,500 customers are sitll without power in Scioto County.
ORIGINAL STORY
SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Nearly 7,000 AEP customers in three counties are without power Friday morning.
AEP crews say a line of severe storms moved through the area about 4:30 Friday morning, knocking out electric in parts of Boyd and Greenup counties in Kentucky, and Scioto County in Ohio.
The crews also tell us seven substations are down. Right now, they are not sure when power will be restored.
