After ending a losing streak yesterday afternoon, the West Virginia Power will have a chance to split their 4-game series with the Augusta Greenjackets tonight. As it has been for the entire homestand, the game will begin under mild conditions and hazy sunshine. First pitch temperatures will be in the lower-80s for the first (and only) Dollar Night in May. Shorts and a t-shirt should be comfy enough for the game as temperatures will remain in the 70s all game long (provided the game doesn't go into extra innings). As I write this (3:30pm) there are a few isolated showers popping up in the WV mountains. While the movement of these storms are to the northwest (toward Charleston), they are very slow moving and will quickly diminish as the sun goes down. For now, expect the game to be played under partly cloudy skies.
