I was wondering when your winter outlook is coming? I just received the farmers almanac which is usually pretty accurate and it said, we were going to have a pretty bad winter a lot of snow. Just wondering what you thought? Also, they mentioned Ohio River Basin alot when they were mentioning the snow what is basin?
