Freeze, Frost Expected in Much of W.Va.
Posted: 05/24/2013 - Instead of slathering on sunscreen this Memorial Day holiday weekend, residents in much of West Virginia are being advised to cover up their tender vegetation.
FIRST WARNING FORECAST
Sunday: Partly sunny. There's a shower risk west. High 72. Light northeast breeze.Sunday night: Partly cloudy. Not as cool. A scattered shower chance. Low 50.
Memorial Day: Partly sunny, hazier and more humid. Chance of a scattered thundershower. High 75-80 degrees.
Then gradually our second spell of hot weather will build next week with highs aiming for 90.
