1. How does a Weight Watchers Meeting work?

You attend Meetings once a week for less than an hour. There’s no contract, so you pay as you go. Each week you have a confidential weigh-in to help you track your progress.
You learn how to make wise choices, eat healthy and enjoy food and exercise.
Every week you get new tips and program materials to help you follow TurnAround™.

2. How does the TurnAround Program Work?

Making the positive changes to lose weight and keep it off is easier than ever. With Weight Watchers TurnAround, you choose the approach that fits you best:
Our flexible POINTS® plan or
Our No Counting plan
Both approaches make getting started simple because you eat real food, so there’s no need to purchase pre-made or frozen meals. And sticking with either plan is easy – each is nutritious and satisfying.

3. What is the Weight Watchers At Work Program?

With the At Work Program, a Weight Watchers leader comes to your workplace for a series of meetings, typically held during the lunch hour. You simply provide a meeting place and some interested employees. It’s Weight Watchers at its most convenient and the group support your employees receive can make a difference.

4. What is the Weight Watchers Family Plan?

Our Family Plan is a discount given when two or more family members, living under the same roof, attend Weight Watchers meeting together, on a weekly basis.

5. What other discount are available at Weight Watchers?

Weight Watchers is pleased to offer 5, 10 or 16 “Commitment Plans”. Five week Commitment Plans offer a 50¢ discount per week, 10 week Commitment Plans offer a $1 discount per week, and our 16 week Commitment Plans offer a $1.50 discount per week. The more you buy, the more you save. Plus, we’ve found that members who purchase Commitment Plans are more likely to stick with it!

6. What about children – do you have a program for them?

Weight Watchers cannot accept anyone under the age of 10. We offer Youth meetings for those over the age of 10 in certain areas. You must bring a Doctor’s note giving permission for the child to join our program and goal weight must be set by the doctor. A parent and/or guardian must plan to attend at least the first meeting and be prepared to sign for the child. Call 1-800-788-3993 to find out where we provide Youth Meetings in your area.
