Early voting starts for Cabell County School Bond

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - President and CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber, Bill Bissett, talks about the school bond election and how it could affect the city.

Early voting is going on now through August 19.

The election is set for August 22.
