DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A boat was destroyed by fire after flames sparked moments after the owner put it in the water Saturday.
South Charleston fire officials tell WSAZ the owner had been remodeling the boat and Saturday was the first time he had put it in the water.
Two people were on board when it happened, but were able to safely get off the boat.
It’s unclear how the fire started.
