BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man was arrested after the Boone County Sheriff’s Department says he was driving at 109 mph Tuesday.

It happened on US 119 in Boone County.

Deputies say they stopped Richard Boggs, 40, of Danville, and arrested him for reckless driving, driving on a suspended driver’s license third offense, speeding, no insurance and fraudulent MVI.
