Vehicle involved in bank robbery located, warrant issued

LOUISA, Ky. (WSAZ) - A vehicle used during a robbery at a bank Thursday has been located by police and a warrant is now out for a man’s arrest.

According to the Louisa Police Department, based on evidence found at the scene and in the vehicle that was located, a warrant has been issued for Seth Garrett Frank, 33, of Louisa.

The robbery took place Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the Louisa Plaza at the Citizen Bank of Kentucky.

An undisclosed amount of cash was taken.

Bank robbery investigated in eastern Ky.

The police department says Frank used to live in Mason, West Virginia.

If you have information on the whereabouts of Frank, you are asked to contact your local 911 center.
