CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston Police say earlier this week, they learned of a little boy whose Spider-Man bicycle was stolen off his porch.
So far, the bike has not been recovered; but the boy, shown in pictures with lots of Spider-Man related fan gear, received a surprise from CPD and the Charleston Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
Police say the Charleston Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association stepped in with left over funds from the department’s Christmas toy drive to bring the young boy a brand new Spider-Man bike and Spider-Man helmet.
Charleston Police jokingly developed a list of six suspects who happen to villains in the Spider-Man comics and movies.
